A credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a deposit. Vessel storage fees are billed in advance. Materials and labor will be billed monthly or as a job is completed. Quoted jobs may be billed separately. You may have your monthly charges billed to either MasterCard or Visa and a receipt will be mailed along with your statement.

You are responsible for timely payments. Core Creek Marine shall place a possessor lien upon your vessel, its content and appurtenances, for unpaid amounts due. We will consider your vessel abandoned if payment becomes 60 days in arrears. At that time, we will mail a certified letter to your last known address and begin proceedings for disposing of your vessel, its contents and appurtenances. It is agreed that if the services of any attorney becomes necessary for the collection of unpaid sums and/or disposal of your vessel, attorney’s fees and costs of court shall be charged to your account.
Your vessel will not be launched until final sums due are paid in full.
