We are located in Jarrett Bay Marine Industrial Park in Beaufort, NC. This is the only marine industrial park between Norfolk and Savannah capable of lifting 200 ton vessels out of the water.We have many marine engine dealers on site, including Gregory Poole Power Systems, Covington Detroit Diesel, Precision Marine Services, and ZF Marine. We also have many marine dealers, including Crystal Coast Interiors, IMS American , and Bausch American Towers

	From Beaufort/Morehead City
	Follow 70 East to Highway 101 junction. Take left on Highway 101N. Follow 101N approximately six miles. Just past the BP gas station, make a left onto Steel Tank Road. Go down Steel Tank Road until you see Sensation Weigh on your left. (There will be a sign announcing Jarrett Bay Industrial Park.) Take left onto Sensation Weigh and follow road until you come to a cul de sac. Bear left at the cul de sac to enter Core Creek Marine Boatyard.

	From New Bern
	Follow 70 East to junction of Highway 101S in Havelock. Take left onto 101S. Follow 101S across the Core Creek Bridge, approximately 15 miles. After the bridge, make a right onto Steel Tank Road (There is a BP gas station on the corner.) Go down Steel Tank Road until you see Sensation Weigh on your left. (There will be a sign announcing Jarrett Bay Industrial Park.) Take left onto Sensation Wiegh and follow road until you come to a cul de sac. Bear left at the cul de sac to enter Core Creek Marine Boatyard.

Follow the ICW approximately 5 miles south of mile marker 190. We are located on the east bank.	Follow the ICW approximately 5 miles north of mile marker 200. We are located on the east side of the channel.
